I did lose so more weight just watching how much I eat and what I eat I dont eat when I am simply not hungry... and i AM MAKING A POINT TO EXCERSIE!! THATS ALL!!
226.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 76.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 2.5 lb a week
