Learned a lesson last night. Keep stocked up on proper foods when dieting. Was so hungry nothing healthy or quickly available. Stuffed what was in the house and went on a sugar binge. Felt unhealthy after and this moring. Yuk!😯 Thawing Chicken today and shopping for fresh veggies.😉
