I am on Week 2 of Body Fasting. Also 4 classes in on my orange theory. Looking for a good beginner app to set myself up on a program at the gym. Scout that out today. Looking into kick boxing... if I take that up I will switch it for orange theory. Want to try different things to keep my body guessing. Focussing on diet in between fasts. Thinking about "counting macros" but wondering how fasting will fit into that... or if its time consuming. At any rate... going down and knowledge going up bit by bit. Exciting times.
122.3 lb Lost so far: 2.7 lb.    Still to go: 7.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.6 lb a week
