Back down to 139. 9 lbs down. 7lbs. Total. yay! keep on keeping on. My stomach has shrunk a little as I feel full with less food and paying attention to that. Taking in what my body needs and not eating more because it tastes good and yhen feeling bloated and stuffed. I will Continue to listen to my body. Thanks to those that are supporting me and those who share their experience strength and struggles.😊
139.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
