The long road back... *sigh*.. Every year I work to get my weight down - at one point, I had lost over 30 lbs.. and it seems every year, once holidays hit, I go off the rails and have to climb back down... so, Jan was the start of a new effort, and while I'm still 15 lbs less than my start, I'm 23 lbs more than my lowest point which was still 10 lbs from my interim goal.
Slow and stead.. back to the gym yesterday, eating cleaner (spaghetti squash last night!) - focus, focus, focus
