Learning to slow my eating down and pay attention to when I am beginning to feel full and stop. I was one who would finish my plate if I was full or not. Just because it tastes good. Paying attention to how my body feels. 👍
141.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
