Ugh... I'm so tired of this battle with food. It is everyday of my life. I wake up in the morning and weigh, if it's a good number, I eat what I want to, if it's a bad number, I diet. But I went from being comfortable in the 50s and now I'm comfortable in the 60s. The scale is not my friend. I want nothing else to do with it. I jus need some support.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Weight fluctuates. You can't determine a good day versus a bad day just by stepping on the scale and you certainly can't stop dieting one day just because you liked the number. You have to be consistent if you want results and not jump around, all you'll do is confuse your body and your brain and create more bad habits. Weigh yourself only once a week and eat the right choices every day instead of just the ones you feel bad about your weight. if you can't commit to this then you don't really want it.
