I have hit my goal of getting to 190 pounds.I will be starting P90X within the next week.

My goal is to get to 185 by August 1st and go to a dietician and find out my BMI and get my body fat measured in water.
190.6 lb Lost so far: 16.4 lb.    Still to go: 0.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
