The scales say that no weight has come off, but everything I wear is looser and looks a lot better. I'm not going to worry too much about the fact that I haven't seen the same on the scales.

However, while I had thought about the OWL, I'm going to do that very very slowly - stick to 25g of carbs per day for ages, and try to increase the walking from 5k to 10k per day.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

WAY TO GO! KEEP IT UP... EVENTUALLY THE SCALES WILL CATCH UP WITH YOUR WEIGHT LOSS. YOU ARE PROBABLY LOOSING INCHES! MEASURE YOURSELF. YOU WILL BE SO SUPRISED HOW YOU CAN SHRINK EVEN THOUGH THE SCALE ISNT TELLING YOU THAT. :) HAVE A GREAT DAY!

good for you a 5 k walk thats where I hope to get 1 day right now I only walk 1.5k so you go girl 10k is awesome.
