KILLING the diet, feeling on FIRE!
DId a moderate carb day on Sunday instead of HIGH b/c I was feeling strong. Good decision!
Weigh in was in the studio after teaching and a rockstar, but I feel like I could go to the bathroom again.
Looking forward to my official weigh in on Wednesday. Haven't been excited like this for a weigh in for a long time! It won't even be a "board move", but it will be my best weigh in to date and the last week has lit me up!
171.2 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
