When weighed at the doctors a few weeks ago I was 248 - a massively embarrassing total.
The only thing that ever worked for me was calorie counting, so here we are again.
I’ll weigh in on Monday and then just do it like I have done before.
244.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 94.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 04 January 2019:
