Well todays lunch was a little over the top because I had a low blood sugar episode caught me unaware. Have done ok the rest of day I have no idea how to inter my dinner. It is homemade personal pizza on a bagel and I didn't make them. Looking forward to tomorrow to get the results form my last set of tests also get to spend time in the pool.
