well that was nice to see...but I have to up my calories since I'm breastfeeding. don't want to lose my supply. any tips from breastfeeding moms/past moms is appreciated!
214.0 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 94.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
