So far so good. I go to sleep around 12:midnight & find that if I wake up around 1:30am I'm a bit hungry. Only one day I over indudged in chips but I cut back on something else - that wasn't smart. today I'm eating what I want for breakfast but I will be careful about fat intake for my other meals.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
