Waaaaa, this is what happens when you stop caring and being too busy. Went down the whole im being more active so can eat more route. Feel pretty determined to stop all this tricky thinking and bargains and goodness knows what else to talk my way out of what I actually want. So lets make this year count. My scales are broken but feel as fat as I was when I started so going in at top weight to start again.

I'm setting realistic goals of 5kg broken into 7 milestones each with some form of gift or treat attached .. haha need sone good motivation ;) All to be achieved over the next 12 months. Fingers crossed. Weigh in every Tuesday ... here goes.
220.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 77.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
