WORKOUT PERSONAL RECORD 139 IN 2018.
Workout #139 of 2018 this morning. Another new personal record. 5th workout in last 5 days of 2018. Good finish. Last workout of the year. Down about 8 pounds since February, when I started working out after the sushi bet. My goal for next year is 140 workouts.

Workout #138 of 2018 on Saturday. 4th workout in 3 days. New PR. Nice.
241.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
