Oh dear oh dear. So hard to lose the weight, so easy to pile it on if I’m not incredibly careful. Let battle commence again from today! 😂
179.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
