day 1 to getting back into the biz of healthy!! Watching my mom struggle to breathe and walk has hit a nerve that must be soothed. I WILL NOT be that way, if I can help it!
130.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
