It was Father's Day yesterday, so I had lunch and diner with my family. I cooked everything, but I tried to eat food that were not to high in calories. I did an hour and half of bicycling which helped to maintain my weight.

140 lb is fine with me. With the exercice it helped to maintain my weight. I prefer that than gaining!! Today is a new day and so far so good!!
140.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
