YAY! new Low just under 2 lbs to go to 2nd and final goal.
146.8 lb Lost so far: 58.2 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1997 kcal Fat: 85.79g | Prot: 126.57g | Carb: 186.89g.   Breakfast: Oikos Organic Plain Greek Yogurt, Raspberries, Blueberries, Blackberries , Cinnamon , Old Fashioned Oats, Espresso Coffee, Decaffeinated Espresso Coffee. Lunch: Sandwich Thins - 100% Whole Wheat, Almonds, Sugar Snap Peas, Pickle Spears Kosher Dill, Red Onions, 2% Lowfat Cottage Cheese, Ground Beef (95% Lean / 5% Fat). Dinner: 14" Large Supreme Hand-Tossed Style Pizza. Snacks/Other: Almonds, No Sugar Added Tapioca Pudding, Pecan Nuts. more...
