Yay! I went to the gym and ran three miles. As long as i exercise everyday I'm set.
175.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.7 lb a week

Hi & wow. Good for you. That's one of the challenges that I'm working on doing. Exercise is the key my friend & gym is the best buddy.
