I'm still going to the gym!! Yay! Lol, I've been doing pretty well about making time for the gym. I've been eating reasonably well also and have incorporated some Herbalife shakes to the diet as meal replacements. I'm not as consistent as I could be with them, but I can definitely tell that they help. I'm pretty motivated for a healthier life and am really enjoying having an outlet for stress. It's going good so far...
