ABSOLUTELY!!! Please see my diet calendar for my let's start again weigh ins every three days!
Just today, after a two day eat em up pastry bender, I am going to start again for the fifteenth time. Work out whenever you want to snack, if it's possible, or chew gum. It sounds so easy, and it's not at all, but if I start the day right, with a light breakfast, it's easier to keep it up.
