Today- WildFit90 reboot I'll document my foods, inc alkagizers. Made the mild with 1pear,3 apples,1avacado,2cups spinach, 5long celery stalks, 3/4 long cucumber divided into 3 portions- intend to have one this am. I feel really good about this now, I don't have to eat crap. I can intermittentl fast if I want. As long as I have the alkagizers and really question and examine any crap desires, and follow the guidelines, stopping what when. I could really totally release the crap weight and keep the good muscle and bone and health. That's what really want. I have it this time.i have the tools and the mindset. I'm so lucky it's all come together this time. I can do a little gradual exercise and every week or so bump it up a bit or not. Starting with just 3-4 minutes arm exercises- 1 week at a time.
