even though the pounds have dropped... I know i haven't lost much. I'm really trying to understand how many calories I consume in a day, and no wonder I'm able to pack on the pounds so quickly!! If I can control myself to eat 250 healthy calories per meal (eating 6 times a day) I will be happy! Understanding that all the little slip-ups and snacks really do have an effect on my weight. I always knew it was calories in vs. calories out, but I think I'm finally wrapping my head around it! Now to get my self control to understand it too ;) I love cookies + chocolates too much, I am such a fiend!! My husband is a big muscley boy, and I can sometimes out-eat him! Trying to tell myself ' I don't need that ' or ' just have one ' or ' just one bite ' and actually listen is something I have always struggled with. Sometimes shoving so much into my body I don't even taste it, or feel so sick afterwards... I just hate it, and even more I hate the control it has over my life.
