You need to be a bit more specific. From what I can see you need to reestablish your resolve to lose the weight. Remember that you should view this as a change of eating habits for life and not just a temporary "fix." If you lose the weight and then go back to your old habits you will gain the weight back because those eating habits are what made you heavy to begin with. If you need additional motivation you may consider a visit to your doctor for blood work (cholesterol, blood sugar, etc). If you are having any adverse health issues due to weight that may be another motivating factor. If you haven't read the Atkins book (or did a while ago) (re)read it. That also can be quite motivating. Only you can change your habits and attitudes, but there are quite a few folks here who are very supportive. Good luck to you.
