Oh Yaay, I have made my short term goal. I'm under 200 before June 21st. This is just the best weight loss trip I've ever done! Eight months over eighty lbs. Thanks to the lord, for his help. My sil for her encouragement and walks each day. Now to set another short term goal on my way to health and fitness!!!
