Fat Mike's's Journal, 15 December 2018

Not sure whats going on, but i started December at 157.8 kg went down to 156.5 kg, an ive been bobbing around between these two digits for the last 15 days.

Smoothie Thursday has no effect, cheat day not working..... got to find a new trick!
346.6 lb Lost so far: 55.1 lb.    Still to go: 99.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

it took my body about 2 months to finally kick into weight loss... I'm no expert, but water retention was a big problem for me so I've cut out gherkins/pickles which were my go to snack and have been adding less salt to foods... on top of that I'm in a calorie deficit most days and intermittent fasting... it took my body a few weeks to get used to this new normal but now I am in steady weight loss .. don't get dispondent and just try stay consistent and in a few days or weeks you'll start seeing changes.
