Slowly going down......glad to see the scale is doing something right. Only 6.2 pounds to 200 but very anxious to get BELOW that number.
206.2 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 46.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week
