Yay! Lost another pound!!! Woot : ) My goal for next week is to start exercising more. I dance all the time but I need to do more cross-training kinda stuff and just let my dancing be extra. I need to do cardio and strength. I am member of a gym and LOVE taking classes so I'm going to try to do most of my training there. I HATE lifting weights so I'll have to figure something out.
