Been on a slow weight gain ever since last January. Have finally started doing something about by going back to tracking what I eat and cutting by on how much I'm stuffing in my face. Worked before, should work again, Did pretty good for the first week but oinked on almonds yesterday.
259.3 lb Lost so far: 67.7 lb.    Still to go: 39.3 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.8 lb a week
