Lost 13+ pounds in the last 2 weeks, which coincides with joining fatsecret.com. I've been training for a triathlon but haven't been able to get the eating portion down. I've done WW in the past, and it's always left me hungry.
This is the first time in almost 9 months that I have the exercise and food elements in sync at the same time. That said, I'm losing it too fast. Got a tough week of training ahead of me. Gotta make sure that I eat all my calories!
