Lost 13+ pounds in the last 2 weeks, which coincides with joining fatsecret.com. I've been training for a triathlon but haven't been able to get the eating portion down. I've done WW in the past, and it's always left me hungry.

This is the first time in almost 9 months that I have the exercise and food elements in sync at the same time. That said, I'm losing it too fast. Got a tough week of training ahead of me. Gotta make sure that I eat all my calories!
216.1 lb Lost so far: 11.9 lb.    Still to go: 21.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Good job on training for the triathlon. Alot of work but well worth it. You have to make sure that you are getting enough of good quality food to eat plus you have to make sure that you are sleeping enough. Good luck and do a great job.
