Need to figure out why my weight loss has drastically slowed down considering I went days without even reaching my RDI (not on purpose and only by 100 calories or less) and the fact that I started exercising again. And I've also worked in increasing my pure protein intake which was lower than what I was comfortable with.
Kind of think exercising may be overtaxing my body in a way so that my body's metabolism slows down or something. Although I don't feel worse, really.
Puzzling. I'll look into it.
