Ok, so I've had a LOT going on and I've been quite stressed. I wasn't able to go to the gym for a little bit so, once again, I'm trying to get back on track. I've been doing well this week and have a nice new support to help me go. I'm pretty eager to get on with this process so let's see how I do this next week!
