Hi.. life is always throwing you a curve. I have recently, suddenly moved. My place was flooded and unsaveable. I have not been on track with diet... I haven't been sleeping much, just trying to make a little less chaos in life. I have eaten some of this and some of that, that I really shouldn't but I have been able to do portion control.. I dont eat nearly as big of portions of things as I used to. So go me on that.. I am trying to with all my strength get back to the me that was doing SO WELL!! Sometimes I just want to sit down and scream.. BUT I don't because eh.. this is life... there will always be a challenge and we have to push on or we'll get trampled. I do push to do exercise daily.. how could I not I am constantly cleaning and tossing boxes around.
Hope everyone is great!! miss you guys!

Oh Stacy, flooded? Wow, that sounds aweful. And then having to find a new place and all? That is crazy. No one could blame you for taking a little time out. Just be sure to remember where you came from and where you want to go. We are all here for you. And sorry you are going through all of this.

Oh, my goodness, Stacy! That is terrible. Sometimes it seems like just when we are really getting into the groove, and hitting the path right down the middle, something happens that threatens to derail us. you seem to have done well, considering the stress that you have been under, and I am sure that you will get back to where you were in no time. Where do you live? I am praying for you and hope that things get back to normal for you soon. God bless!

I'm fine. It has just been a dizzying week or so, water rises and before you know it, there's a foot or so of it in your home.. sigh. But like I said, I'm fine. Most my stuff is fine.. i'm in an apartment which is a little smaller than my townhome and I have a storage unit of stuff drying out. lol! no really my stuff is okay mostly. Just the suddenness of packing all i could and moving into a place all in a matter of days and working has thrown me waaaay off track. but I am ready to come back and I'm bringing my fight with me.

Thank you! I'm in TX we had a few storms since the 9th and it's just been a ruckus! lol! No really I'm to the point of just laughing b/c if I dont I'll get all low and depressed... hey I have new neighbors and a new neighborhood.. I'm not far from work.. It's fine. I can attempt saving some money and get into another place that suites all the stuff I have. It will just be chaos for a few months. yeesh. =)

What a mess - I'm sure you will get back on track once everything is settled. It is really hard to do this woe when you are on the go on vacation or moving etc. Fast food restaurants just don't cater to low carb eating. I predict sunshine and weight loss in your future. :D

I love how you turn the negatives into positives. That is hard for a lot of us. So, new neighbors and neighborhood. Good opportunity for meeting new people. Close to work? Not sure how close but you could turn this into a positive as well. Less gas spent = more money. Or, you could always ride a bike or walk it for a some exercise. See? I have faith it'll all work out in the long run. There is a reason why this happened. You just need to find it.
