why can't i lose any more weight? i'm dieting and trying to exercise more than usual yet i've only dropped 2lbs in a week (in the first couple days too). now i feel stuck. why won't the scale drop more?
146.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
