kidney function went down the hill, dieetian took away all my proteins and lots of fruits and vegs. she put me on a rice carbs diet and for energy table sugar,but I guess for now it is better to get rid of the overload of water and get my kidney function back on track.
189.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 35.3 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
