This week hasn't been too bad. Last night I went to a concert and stopped drinking once I hit the 1500 cal mark, but unfortunately didn't go to the gym so no deficit there. Today I had a couple cookies, which unfortunately will be hard to make up for even though I plan on running this evening.
137.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
