So I already knew this was coming. Just decided to face the music today and record it. As a very wise FS member said, I know what I need to do so now I just need to DO IT! :) I will. This gain will be gone in no time!
236.6 lb Lost so far: 21.4 lb.    Still to go: 76.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

2021 kcal Fat: 92.87g | Prot: 132.27g | Carb: 173.50g.   Breakfast: Caramel Macchiato (Grande), oroweat sandwich thin, hillshire farm ham, low fat swiss cheese. Lunch: 14" Pepperoni Pizza (Thick Crust). Dinner: balsamic vinegar, mozzarella cheese, steak, Cauliflower, teriyaki sauce. Snacks/Other: carrots, almonds. more...
gaining 2.8 lb a week
