Did CrossFit training for 40 mins and cycling for 20 mins. Stopped eating rice and started taking millets since 3 days. And absolutely no sugar.

250.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
