well I have been on induction for 3 wks and only lost 5 lb so a bit slow but hopefully it will get better ive been told to stick with it so i will for now
189.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 46.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

"Only lost 5 lb"! C'mon now... next time you are shopping for groceries... go lift up a bag of flour or sugar that weighs 5 lbs. Now imagine you put a chain on it and hang it around your neck. That is 5lbs NOT ON YE NO MO'!!! and that is a good thing...and a thing to be proud of! :) Good job!
