今天忙到12點多才蒸虱目魚吃 餓到肚子痛,一個人上班太忙了 中午只吃魚,所以晚餐要多吃菜 蒸魚加蒜頭鵝油很油很香 所以不太餓,吃了便當+鹹酥雞 就覺得反胃了。😓 今天吃不多,早早就吃完晚餐 期待明天瘦多一點😎
