Had an okay workout, achieved two new personal best: (1) Pullups, 19 reps with a 40 lb dumbbell; (2) 19 reps of diamond pushups concluding chest exercises. I shed the weight a tad quicker than I wanted. Oh yeah, I added 1 rep on my final bench press routine.
158.8 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 3.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks guys and gals. "Most" of the time I strive for my best, wished it were the same for my food. It is true, abs are not created in the gym. Abs are created in the kitchen." I know this personally well. I've sported a six pack for nearly 5 years and can see huge changes when I start eating junk, even though the weight and exercises stay relatively unchanged.It is only the genetic mutant that can eat trash and still get down to a decent percentage of bodyfat.
