Yesterday was the first day I "cheated". I woke up late and skipped the lemon juice and olive oil (good riddance) and I had a whole chicken breast instead of 4 ounces because I had a guest and I didn't want to portion it. Mind you it was a smaller chicken breast, but it was definitely more than 4 ounces. Still I'm sure I didn't consume too many calories...

We're coming to the end of this beast and I have to say I'm thankful. Its been great for my digestion, but the amount of cooking/cleaning is astronomical. I'm doing this all by myself and I didn't really know how to batch the foods in advance. Now that I know more, I could probably do it better.

Hopefully yoga tonight...
187.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 22.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
