Last week’s blip was all water weight, over 4 pounds worth, probably exacerbated by last weekend’s diet of mashed potatoes, dressing, and pie. My weight loss goal after the holidays (which I am approaching as a weight maintenance time period) is to have that flux happen under the 160 lb mark, instead of over it. This time last year that same fluctuation was happening at over 170. How far over, I am not sure, as I wasn’t weighing in regularly, but I since I started this journey at 175 in January (without, I believe, extra water weight), I am sure I went somewhere above that.
161.8 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
