😩😩😩一直扶搖直上啦 誰說凡人飲食不會胖 沒控制就胖了阿 忙到沒空,一直開心吃 回到半年前體重,我的努力阿😓 體型沒什麼變,肚子變大圈了 但為了身體狀況,我還是得均衡吃 低碳容易吃多,也比較愛亂吃 慢慢調整一下,不然在這樣下去不行 👑昨天終於經期最後一天了
