I haven't tried that yet. I may try that in the future.
Normally my glucose starts the day around 110 and will fall to the high 80s after I eat (just after a meal it goes to about 120 before falling). Usually when fasting 16/8 my glucose will be mid 90s before I break fast. On the day that I went 22/2, my glucose stayed around 100 the whole time. Ketones only went to 0.7. I had higher on shorter fasting intervals. Know it is only one data point, but was hoping to see lower glucose and ketones higher than 1.0. not discouraged, just an observation.
