Almost 10 pounds down for November. Tried 2 days of 22/2 fasting earlier this week. Followed glucose and ketones every hour (when not sleeping). Glucose stayed higher than I would have thought and ketones were lower than thought. May do it again occasionally.
350.4 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 130.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Have you tried front-loading your CARBS for the day - thinking, to burn them off and take a late evening glucose level (things I tried when I was Type II diabetic, now resolved).

I haven't tried that yet. I may try that in the future. Normally my glucose starts the day around 110 and will fall to the high 80s after I eat (just after a meal it goes to about 120 before falling). Usually when fasting 16/8 my glucose will be mid 90s before I break fast. On the day that I went 22/2, my glucose stayed around 100 the whole time. Ketones only went to 0.7. I had higher on shorter fasting intervals. Know it is only one data point, but was hoping to see lower glucose and ketones higher than 1.0. not discouraged, just an observation.

try no carbs or highly reduced carbs and see how things change
