少喝酒有差😂
昨天吃柳丁2顆/今天吃蕃茄6顆
腳開始怪怪的補鈣補維生素囉
這種天氣♨純熱可可 perfect
最近玉米/地瓜/水果/泡麵/餅乾
已經來者不拒了😉
但適量似乎不再那麼可怕
體重影響不大,反正63-64
已經卡半年了 let it go😁
開心吃~也能維持體重
不再暴碳暴甜,身體都正常
👑經期第3天
142.6 lb Lost so far: 33.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 6.2 lb a week
