Down another pound this morning. It's working so far. I didn't drink enough water yesterday, so I will make this a focus today. At least six to eight (8 ounce cups). I've got 71 lbs to go!
216.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
