Thanksgiving holidays seem not so catastrophic))) I was ready for the worse because I ate some salads with mayo and and apple pie 🥧 🤤🤤🤤 and drank wine...
125.9 lb Lost so far: 0.7 lb.    Still to go: 7.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
